User agreement

The user has the right to:

1. To search for information on the website;
2. Receive information on the website;
3. Comment on the content posted on the website;
4. Copy information to other websites with an indication of the source;
5. To use the information of the website for personal, non-commercial purposes;
6. To use the information of the website for commercial purposes with the permission of the Administration;

The Administration has the right to:

1. Create, modify, or cancel rules at your discretion and if necessary.;
2. Restrict access to any information on the site;
3. Create, modify, delete information;
4. Delete user accounts;
5. Terminate the User's access to the Site at any time under the terms of this Agreement, without the possibility of subsequently resuming access to the Site.;
6. In order to collect statistical data and identify the User, install and save personal data and other information about Users.;

The User undertakes to:

1. Do not disseminate information that is aimed at propaganda of war, inciting national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is provided.;
2. Do not disrupt the site's performance;
3. Do not commit actions aimed at misleading other Users.;
4. Do not post materials of an advertising, erotic, pornographic or offensive nature, as well as other information, the placement of which is prohibited or contradicts the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.;
5. Do not use scripts (programs) for automated information collection and/or interaction with the Website and its Services;
6. Provide only reliable Information and is responsible for the information provided to them.;
7. To act exclusively in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the User Agreement, as well as to bear full responsibility for their own actions/omissions on the Site and when using the Services in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.;
8. By accessing the Site, the User agrees to receive advertising information posted on the Site by third parties. The User understands and agrees that the Site Administration does not determine the content and is not responsible for such information, including sites linked to in the relevant materials.;

The Administration undertakes to:

1. Provide the User with the opportunity to use the Site free of charge, unless otherwise provided in this Agreement;
2. To maintain the site's functionality, except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.;

1. The Site Administration has the unconditional right, and the User hereby agrees to this, to transfer their rights and/or obligations under this User Agreement, both in whole and in part, to a third party.;
2. In case of transfer of rights and/or obligations, both in whole and in part, under this User Agreement to a third party, the third party has the right to provide similar or similar services on another site.;

1. The Administration is not responsible for the discrepancy between the services expected by the User and those actually received.;
2. The administration does not bear any responsibility for the services provided by third parties.;
3. In the event of a force majeure situation (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.;

1. The owner of the exclusive rights on the Site, including, but not limited to, the domain name, logo, trademark, database, and all technical developments that allow the use of the Site is the Site Administration; the User or any other person has no right to use the Site or Services in ways not provided for in this User Agreement without the written permission of the Administration of the Website, including extracting Information in any form in ways not provided for by the User Agreement. The exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity included in the Information provided by Users belong to the respective Users and copyright holders.
2. In order to fulfill this User Agreement, conduct contests, promotions, announce and inform Users and other similar events, exercise the legitimate rights and interests of the Site Administration and ensure the functioning of the Site, the User grants the Site Administration a universal, indefinite right to use Information (including photographs, texts of descriptions of Equipment, trademarks, logos, etc.) in any way in any way on all known or unknown information media during the entire term of the exclusive right, as well as transfer such right to third parties. The User authorizes the use of the materials as part of the Information without specifying the author's name, and also guarantees that the Information provided does not violate any rights of third parties, including exclusive rights, for which he is fully responsible to the copyright holders.
